PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible electronic device having a protective film of a custom-built structure and capable of reducing breakage caused by a peeling step.SOLUTION: A flexible electronic device includes a flexible substrate, an electronic element layer, and a protective film. The electronic element layer is provided on an upper surface of the flexible substrate. The protective film is formed on the upper surface of the flexible substrate and covers the electronic element layer. The protective film also includes at least one sidewall intersecting with the upper surface of the flexible substrate. Furthermore, the included angle between the sidewall and the upper surface of the flexible substrate is a sharp angle. |
