PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detector capable of dispensing with wiring installation or battery replacement for securing a power supply, detecting a temperature of a heat source, and ensuring continuous operation.SOLUTION: A temperature detector 101 comprises: a detection unit 11 that includes a temperature element 2 detecting a temperature of a heat source 1; a power generation unit 12 arranged separated from the detection unit 11 and including a thermoelectric transducer 3; a first heat transfer unit 41 transferring heat or cold of the heat source 1 to the power generation unit 12; a radiation unit 13 arranged separated from the power generation unit 12 and radiating the heat or cold to an outside; a second heat transfer unit 42 receiving the heat or cold from the power generation unit 12 and transferring the received heat or cold to the radiation unit 13; and an output unit 14 outputting a measuring result obtained from the temperature sensitive element 2. The thermoelectric transducer 3 generates electric power by a temperature difference between surfaces 3a and 3b, and supplies the electric power necessary for the temperature sensitive element 2 and the output unit 14 to operate. |
