<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy of static electricity while mitigating impulse caused by discharge of static electricity.SOLUTION: Around a static electricity removal sheet 5, a discharge receive antenna 20 is disposed at a predetermined interval therebetween. The static electricity removal sheet 5 comprises a resistor for reducing a current in the case of static electricity removal and is grounded by a ground sheet 18. Therefore, a potential of the static electricity removal sheet 5 is a ground level normally. When a user charged with static electricity touches the static electricity removal sheet 5, the potential of the static electricity removal sheet 5 is changed from the ground level. This change becomes a change in an electric field around the static electricity removal sheet 5 and is propagated and detected by the discharge receive antenna 20. The potential of the static electricity removal sheet 5 is returned to the ground level with progress of electricity removal but a change in a static electricity amount in this process is also detected as a change of a potential by the discharge receive antenna 20.</p> |
