PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an all solid state battery capable of improving the volume capacity density.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an all solid state battery includes the steps of: forming the all solid state battery by laminating a plurality of thin films on the peripheral surface using a plurality of film forming sources oppositely arranged on the peripheral surfaces of a film forming roll; and peeling off the all solid state battery from the peripheral surface.
