<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing seal that is used for baggage, a vinyl bag, or the like, and, when it is used once, allows the use to be easily recognized by visual observation.SOLUTION: In a closing seal 10, a strong adhesive layer 21 is applied to one-side surface end of a tape-like first substrate 11 on the side close to the end, and a dummy adhesive layer 22 is applied, in parallel with the strong adhesive layer 21, to the surface adjacent to the strong adhesive layer 21 on the side far from the end. A half cut part 6 serving as an opening is formed in the first substrate of a dummy adhesive layer applied part. A second substrate 12 is stacked on the applied surface of the strong adhesive layer 21 and dummy adhesive layer 22, and an adhesive layer 23 and release paper 13 are stacked on the surface of the second substrate 12 so that the release paper 13 serves as the outer surface.</p> |
