<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement device capable of obtaining a high precision temperature output in an output form of being superposed on a current and a voltage.SOLUTION: A temperature measurement device uses a resistance temperature sensor of a four-wiring type and includes: first conversion means having a constant current feedback resistor to convert a change in a resistance value with the temperature of the resistance temperature sensor into a change in a current value to output it; and second conversion means having a constant current feedback resistor to convert a change in a resistance value with the temperature of the resistance temperature sensor into a change in a voltage value to output it.</p> |
