Disclosed is a stay guide for a headrest, comprising: a lower body which is mounted on the upper end of a seat back and has a stay insertion hole formed in a length direction, certain installation space formed at the upper end part, and an installation slit formed on the side surface of the installation space; an elastic unit which is embedded in the installation space of the lower body to provide elasticity upward; and an upper cap which fixes a seat covering interposed with the lower body by being inserted from upward into the installation space of the lower body and includes a guiding protrusion that protrudes to be guided by being inserted into the installation slit at the external surface, wherein the guiding protrusion is hung to be fixed to the installation slit by pressurization of the elastic unit. |
