Disclosed is a method of correcting an error which the cycle of a clock to correct an error in a cycle which detects an error in clocks. A method of correcting an error in a semiconductor circuit system includes a step of driving a first element by using a first clock, a step of driving a second element by using a second element, a step of detecting a cycle where an error is generated in the first element in the first clock, and a step of changing the length of the detected cycle to collect the error. Here, the error of the first element is used to correct the second element.
