PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method required for injecting a printing material into a cartridge having a configuration such that a recess, in which the printing material is stored, is sealed by a sheet member.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a cartridge comprising: a case; a storage part 109 which is provided in the interior of the case and in which a printing material is stored; a supply port 85 which extends from an inner side of the storage part 109 to an outer side of the case and guides the printing material in the storage part 109 to the outside of the case; a sheet member 107 which has flexibility and constitutes at least a portion of the storage part 109; and a coil spring 103 which is provided in the interior of the case and energizes the sheet member 107 to a direction in which a capacity of the storage part 109 is increased. The method is characterized in that the printing material is introduced into the storage part 109 through the supply port 85 by applying a pressure onto the printing material. |
