PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a data track by causing a condensed beam to be condensed at a desired position corresponding to a guide track of a guide track layer in an information recording layer even when an optical disk is tilted.SOLUTION: An optical disk device 1 has: an objective lens 63 that causes a first light beam B1 to be focused on a guide track layer GL; a first collimator lens 61 that is arranged on an optical path of the first light beam B1 and at a position other than on an optical path of a second light beam B2; a first collimator lens radial direction drive part 13 that causes the first collimator lens 61 to be displaced in a direction Dr61 orthogonal to a lens optical axis direction Da61 and corresponding to a radial direction of an optical disk 40; an optical disk tilt angle detection part 42; and a drive control part 80 that controls the first collimator lens radial direction drive part 13 on the basis of information on a tilt angle &thetas;detected by the optical disk tilt angle detection part 42. |
