PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for approving a diagnostic report by a simple work while leaving an approval history by a skilled doctor in a system.SOLUTION: In a diagnostic report system 1 including: a terminal 361 for creating a diagnostic report; and a server 35 for managing a diagnostic report D, the terminal 361 has reading means 361r for reading the identification information of a user. When a diagnostic report D is created by a first user 42 in the terminal 361, the identification information of a second user 43 different from the first user 42 is transmitted to a server 35 according as the identification information of the second user 43 is read by the reading means 361r, and the server 35 performs the login authentication of the second user 43 to the server 35 and the approval of the diagnostic report D created by the first user 42 in the terminal 361 by the second user 43 on the basis of the identification information of the second user 43. |
