PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which can be used as an insulation medium gas of a gas-blast circuit breaker, having a high insulation property and high stability.SOLUTION: A compound has an insulation property 1.1-2 times that of sulfur hexafluoride, and has at least one phosphazene skeleton.
