<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for calculating the moving speed of an underwater sailing body capable of more accurately calculating the moving speed of an underwater sailing body cruising in the water.SOLUTION: A pulse sound transmission/reception unit 120 transmits a sound wave toward an underwater sailing body 300 and receives a reflection sound reflected from the underwater sailing body 300. A relative position calculation unit 131 calculates a relative position of the underwater sailing body 300 with respect to a water-surface moving body 200. An absolute position calculation unit 132 calculates, from the relative position calculated by the relative position calculation unit 131 and an absolute position of the water-surface moving body 200, position information which is an absolute position of the underwater sailing body 300. A moving speed calculation unit 133 calculates the moving speed of the underwater sailing body 300 on the basis of information including first position information calculated by the absolute position calculation unit 132 at a first time and second position information calculated by the absolute position calculation unit 132 at a second time.</p> |
