<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic sensor capable of detecting a moving object and reducing noises while space-saving with small number of components.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic sensor which is disposed in a vehicle to detect a moving object in the vehicle includes: a transmitter 1 that transmits an ultrasonic wave within the vehicle; a sound receiver 2 that receives sound waves and converts the received sound waves into received wave signals to output the same; a moving object detection section 311 that controls the transmitter 1 to transmit an ultrasonic wave to detect a moving object based on the sound wave received by the sound receiver 2; and a noise cancellation section 312 that controls the transmitter 1 to stop transmitting of the ultrasonic wave and generates a canceling signal of a canceling sound for canceling the sound wave received by the sound receiver 2.</p> |
