<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device and a coating device, capable of improving responsiveness.SOLUTION: When a first valving element 11 moves forward up to a valve seat leaving position, coating liquid having flowed into a communication flow passage 20 through a flow inlet 10 flows into the first flowing-out passage 15. Coating liquid evacuated to the first evacuating part 17 flows into the first flowing-out passage 15 due to the operation that the first shuttle 13 approaches the first flowing-out passage 15 as the first valving element 11 moves forward. In the case that the second valving element 21 moves rearward to a valve seat position, coating liquid that has flowed into the second flowing-out flow passage 25 evacuates toward the second evacuation part 27 due to an operation that the second shuttle 23 is moved away from the second flowing-out flow passage 25 as the second valving element 21 moves rearward. That is, a useless flowing of coating liquid from the second flowing-out flow passage 25 to the first flowing-out flow passage 15 is suppressed. In other words, occurrence of useless flow of coating liquid that becomes a cause for deteriorating responsiveness of an intermittent valve (valve device) 3 is suppressed.</p> |
