摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine system, in which the combustion mode of an engine 1 can be freely switched into a stoichiometric combustion mode and a lean combustion mode in accordance with an engine load, so that the combustion mode can be freely switched into a proper state in a performance aspect such as efficiency or emission, or in a lifetime aspect.SOLUTION: Control means 20 executes a stoichiometric combustion suppression for suppressing switching into the combustion mode of an engine 1 into the stoichiometric combustion mode, in the case where a measured stoichiometric combustion operation ratio is at or higher than a predetermined set ratio, by measuring the ratio of the integrated operation quantity in the stoichiometric combustion mode to a total integrated operation quantity.</p>
