An apparatus for attaching an outer skin to a box is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for attaching an outer skin to a box includes a decorative surface attachment device. The decorative surface attachment device includes a main frame, a transfer part provided on the main frame to move or rotate a main body or a cover, and an outer skin attachment part provided on the main frame to attach an outer skin to the main body or the cover transferred by the transfer part. The apparatus further include a wing attachment device. The wing attachment device includes a support frame; a mounting part provided on the support frame to reciprocate in one direction and on which a main body or a cover is mounted; and a wing attachment part provided on the support frame, including a pressing block with elastic pressure protrusions formed thereon, and configured to move the pressing block to a portion which is not attached to the outside of the main body or the cover in the outer skin attached to the outside, and to pressurize the portion by the pressure protrusions of the pressing block.
