The present invention has a purpose of providing an adhesive composition for a polarizing plate with excellent initial curing properties and adhesion. The adhesive composition for a polarizing plate of the present invention for achieving the purpose contains (A) 0.5-30 parts by weight of a polymerizable functional group-containing macro monomer; (B) 40-99.5 parts by weight of an epoxy group-containing compound; (C) 0-59.5 parts by weight of other monomers; (D) a photo-acid generating agent; and (E) at least one among a photopolymerization initiator and an optical sensitizer.
