PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood latch fixing structure which can disperse a latch load efficiently and is advantageous to shape-simplification and space-saving of the hood latch and surrounding components.SOLUTION: In a hood lock member 1, an opening part 10 which can accommodate a hood latch 8 is provided as perforating vertically, a hood lock member reinforcement 11 which reinforces the surrounding is weld-jointed to the opening part, and the upper end part of a center brace 4 is coupled with and fixed to a center brace bracket 14 which is extended downward from the hood lock member reinforcement (4a). The hood latch is coupled with and fixed to the hood lock member and the hood lock member reinforcement through a bolt 8a at a first fixing piece part 83 which extends laterally from a mechanism part engaging with a striker, and is coupled with and fixed to the center brace bracket through a bolt 8b at a second fixing piece part 84 which extends downward from the mechanism part. |
