PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel member which, when constituting a panel, can suppress abrasion deterioration and breakage of seal material, can exhibit high water resistance, hardly causes a gap between panel members, hardly deteriorates seal performance of a fitting part due to vibration and can constitute a rigid connection structure.SOLUTION: A panel member 1 includes a first fitting part 3 disposed on one edge in the width direction of a main panel part 2 and a second fitting part 4 disposed on the other edge. The first fitting part 3 includes a surface side projection piece 31 projected from one edge of a panel surface part 21, a vertical wall 32 extended from a base edge of the surface side projection piece 31, an intermediate projection piece 36 which is projected in the way of the vertical wall 32, and seal material 33 held by the surface side projection piece 31 and the intermediate projection piece 36. The second fitting part 4 includes a surface side extension piece 41 which is extended from the other edge of the panel surface part 21 and has a top end abutted against a top end of the surface side projection piece 31 upon the fitting, a pressing piece 42 which is extended from the top end of the surface side extension piece 41 and presses the seal material 33 upon the fitting and an engagement piece 421 which is engaged with the intermediate projection piece 36 upon the fitting. |
