PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress self-discharge of a first power supply and a second power supply at a time of vehicle stop.SOLUTION: A controller 14 controls a contactor 15 to be set in a cutoff state if a vehicle 1 is made to stop by turning off an ignition switch 24. The controller 14 discharges a capacitor 11 and charges a battery 12 until an output voltage of the capacitor 11 reaches a predetermined first voltage by supply of power from the capacitor 11 to the battery 12 via a DC-DC converter 13. The first voltage is lower than a second voltage that is an output voltage of the capacitor 11 set when an internal combustion engine 22 is actuated and the ignition switch 24 is turned on. The controller 14 increases an output voltage of the battery 12 by an added voltage for charging from the capacitor 11 to the battery 12 and decreases an output voltage of the capacitor 11 to the first voltage from the second voltage.
