PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge capable of suppressing undesired interference between a first engagement part of a drive transmission member and a detected body, and securing the smooth rotation of the drive transmission member.SOLUTION: A development cartridge 1 includes: a casing 2 having a left side wall 33; an agitator gear 71 having a first gear part 80 and a first engagement part 82; and a detection gear 72 having a detected part 87 and a detection gear part 88. Then, the first engagement part 82 is engaged with the detection gear 72 in an initial position such that the detection gear part 88 is allowed to come into contact with the first gear part 80, and the detection gear 72 is rotated from the initial position to a terminal position, and moved in a lateral direction. The detection gear 72 is arranged such that an interval between the detected part 87 and the left side wall 33 in the lateral direction becomes larger in a state that the detection gear 72 is in the terminal position than in a state that the detection gear 72 is in the initial position. |
