PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable repeated liquid feed and flow rate control in a flow cell.SOLUTION: The flow cell includes a main flow channel 101, a sample introduction unit 102, and a discharge flow channel 103. The discharge flow channel 103 is connected to a connection part 105 at the other end of the main flow channel 101. The discharge flow channel 103 includes a discharge port 131 on the side closer to the earth than the main flow channel 101. The discharge flow channel 103 includes at least a suction part 132 on the side closer to the earth than the main flow channel 101. The discharge flow channel 103 has a pipe diameter at which the inner wall has a contact angle smaller than 90 degrees with respect to the liquid and a capillary force acts.
