QOE ESTIMATION DEVICE, QOE ESTIMATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for estimating total QoE with regard to response time for the whole processing sequence of information communication service from processing-based QoE with regard to response time on respective individual processing configuring the processing sequence.SOLUTION: A QoE estimation device includes: a processing-based QoE acquisition unit for acquiring time information and processing-based QoE with regard to response time of individual processing; a service-based significance determination unit which identifies a service class of information communication service and determines service-based significance showing magnitude of influence of the identified service class on total QoE of the information communication service; an oblivion weight determination unit for determining oblivion weight for the individual processing from the time information, on the basis of an oblivion characteristic showing magnitude of influence of the individual processing's elapsed time from start time of a processing sequence on the total QoE of the information communication service; and a total QoE estimation unit for determining an estimation value of the total QoE, by weighting processing-based QoE of each individual processing of the processing sequence on the basis of the service-based significance and oblivion weight.
