PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales promotion effect estimation device which can further adequately estimate a sales promotion effect of content including information relevant to a commodity.SOLUTION: A sales promotion effect estimation device includes: an acquisition unit which acquires viewing history information on broadcasted content including information relevant to a commodity; an estimating unit which calculates an estimate showing a sales promotion effect for the commodity from the content including the information relevant to the commodity on the basis of the acquired viewing history information; and an outputting unit which outputs information based on a sequence corresponding to the estimate.
