PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transfer processing from concentrating on a particular day in transfer services of financial institutions, and disperse the transfer processing from the particular day to an alternative day.SOLUTION: A transfer system includes: reception means for receiving input of transfer data about the account transfer; performance data acquisition means for acquiring performance data showing a processing load state in a computer; execution day allocation means for allocating an execution day of the account transfer corresponding to the transfer data, on the basis of the transfer date, in a period between a reception date of the input of the transfer data and a transfer date; execution possibility determination means for determining whether or not execution of the account transfer is possible on an allocated execution day, on the basis of performance data and the number of transfer processing; and discount rate calculation means for calculating a discount rate of a transfer official fee about the account transfer, on the basis of the transfer date and the allocated execution day. |
