<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator constituted by an integral support rod shell and having internal circulating heat-transfer fluid therein.SOLUTION: This invention is configured such that an inner pipe (103) is arranged in a support rod shell (101); a fluid flow passage space is constituted by an inner diameter of the support rod shell (101) and an outer diameter of the inner pipe (103) that are different from each other; an electrical energy application device assembly (108) is mounted at an upper stage of the shell (101); the heat-transfer fluid is pumped by a fluid pump (105) connected in series with the heat-transfer fluid passage to constitute airtight circulation flow; and uniform heating of circumstances of external gas phase, solid phase, liquid phase, soil and liquid of shallow layer geothermal energy body is attained through an external exposed part of the support rod shell (101) in the heat-transfer fluid passage flowing to the above-mentioned airtight circulation and its related structure.</p> |
