PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently execute thatching construction on a metallic roof material, without adopting sa structure such as a conventional long size metallic roof thatching plate and a clip.SOLUTION: A metallic roof material is formed with a lower seam part (a) composed of: an inclined lower support part 3 formed by bending a right end part 2 of a plate part 1 upward; a lower placing part 4 formed by bending the upper part of the inclined lower support part 3 to the right side; a vertical support part 5 formed by extending the upper part of the lower placing part 4; an upper bending part 6 formed by bending the upper part of the vertical support part 5 to the right side; a right side scooping part 7 formed by bending the end part of the upper bending part 6 upward in an inclined shape; a curved top part 8 formed by bending the upper part of the right side scooping part 7; an inclined-shaped left side scooping part 9 formed by extending-bending the curved top part 8 to the left side; and a fitting-insertion part 10 having an insertion part 11 of a clip end part formed by bending the lower end part of the inclined-shaped left side scooping part 9 in a sheath curve shape. An upper seam part (b) is also formed.
