PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mutual electrostatic capacitance type touch panel in which visibility of an electrode pattern of an upper electrode can be decreased.SOLUTION: The mutual electrostatic capacitance type touch panel includes: a substrate 4; a plurality of lower electrodes 10 which are formed into wide stripes from a transparent conductive material and arranged in parallel to one another leaving a narrow gap therebetween, along a first direction on a first surface of the substrate 4; a plurality of upper electrodes 20 which are formed into narrow stripes from a transparent conductive material and arranged in parallel to one another leaving a wide gap therebetween, along a second direction intersecting the first direction and on the first surface of the substrate and on the lower electrodes; and an insulating film 3 formed from an adhesive photosensitive resin between the upper electrode 20 and the lower electrode 10 so as to support the upper electrode 20. The insulating film 3 includes a beveled side face 3b having a long side shared by a supporting face 3a that supports the upper electrode 20. |
