PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensor capable of preventing erroneous lighting when passing below an architecture such as a bridge girder, and preventing lighting delay after entry into a tunnel.SOLUTION: A determination circuit part 19 has an upper visible light determination threshold value, an upper infrared determination threshold value, and a front infrared determination threshold value for determining whether or not to light headlights of a vehicle 53, and compares a signal inputted from each of detection elements 15-17 and the threshold value corresponding to the signal. The determination circuit part 19 outputs a lighting signal for lighting the headlights of the vehicle 53 when an upper visible light signal exceeds the upper visible light determination threshold value or an upper infrared signal exceeds the upper infrared determination threshold value, and a front infrared signal exceeds the front infrared determination threshold value. |
