<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic mask easy to wear, hardly causing a space between the face and a contact portion to be generated to provide a high mask effect, and manufactured at low costs, by solving the problem in which, since many of hygienic masks commonly used at present are worn by covering the nose and the mouth from above with one mask sheet, the space between the face and the contact portion is easily generated to provide no mask effect.SOLUTION: A mask body 20 is formed of two sheets, and one is an external sheet 30 using a nonwoven fabric with high air permeability, and the other is an internal sheet with high stretchability and having an opening into which the nose and mouth are to be inserted.
