<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency when the arrangement of base stations is determined if there are a large number of installable base station positions.SOLUTION: In a range acquisition step, the information of an installable range of a base station and each radio communicable range of a plurality of radio devices, each having a radio communicable range at least partially overlapped with the installable range of each base station, are acquired. Next, in a set acquisition step, a set of pairs of radio devices each having the radio communicable range overlapped with each other in the installable range of the base station is acquired in such a manner that at least one of the plurality of radio devices is included in the set, and that a condition related to at least one of the number of elements of the set and the number of elements of the pairs is satisfied.</p> |
