<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile-up house capable of imparting the natural lighting light on the exclusive stairs side even to a dwelling unit having no exclusive stairs.SOLUTION: A first dwelling unit 1 and a second dwelling unit 2 having an entrance door 21 on the upper floor, are vertically arranged with a space of two layers or more, and are arranged so as to form a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, and exclusive outdoor stairs 22 leading to the entrance door 21 of the second dwelling unit 2 are arranged on a building wall surface along the long side direction in the substantially rectangular shape, and a roof light 31 composed of a light transmissive diffuser is provided in a stairs installing space for arranging the exclusive outdoor stairs 22, and a ventilation flue is formed along the building wall surface, and a window 2 of the first dwelling unit is also formed on the building wall surface for arranging the exclusive outdoor stairs 22 in addition to a window of the second dwelling unit 2.</p> |
