Disclosed is a device for caring eye health that can induce a user to blink. The device alarms the user when the user, who uses a smart device, does not blink or focuses on the smart device too much so that the user can care health of eyes. The device includes: a pattern collection part which collects user′s pattern of using the smart device; and an output part which induces the user to blink based on the pattern. |
