PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition which has no adverse effects on an adherend, e.g. a transparent conductive film, and is excellent in durability, an adhesive and an adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition 11 comprises a (meth)acrylic ester polymer (A) of a weight average molecular weight of 1,400,000-2,500,000 which contains a monomer having a hydroxy group, a monomer having an alicyclic structure and a monomer having a carboxyl group as monomer units constituting the polymer, an isocyanate-based cross-linking agent (B) and a silane coupling agent containing a mercapto group. The (meth)acrylic ester polymer (A) contains 1-5 mass% of the monomer having a hydroxy group and 0.1-0.8 mass% of the monomer having a carboxyl group as monomer units forming the polymer. |
