PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure distances with regard to a plurality of portions constituting an object for which distance is to be measured, at the same time and more accurately than ever.SOLUTION: A first region, of a captured image, including a first portion to be measured, which reflects more light than other portions and a second region including a second portion to be measured, which reflects less light than the first portion, are detected. A first region, of a measurement pattern, radiated on the first portion and a second region radiated on the second portion are detected. A measurement pattern is created which has different amounts of radiation light so that the amount of radiation light in the first region is smaller than the amount of radiation light in the second region. The generated measurement pattern is radiated. A captured image including the object to be measured, on which the generated measurement pattern was radiated, is acquired, and a distance to the object to be measured is determined using the acquired captured image. |
