VIDEO SECTION SETTING DEVICE AND PROGRAM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video section setting device capable of automatically deciding a video section corresponding to action in a first-person video.SOLUTION: A feature amount conversion part 1 reads a video by frame unit, recognizes an object and then determines a cooccurrence feature amount of the frame based on a cooccurrence relation of an observation amount of the respective object. A clustering part 2 classifies the frame into a cluster based on similarity of the feature amount. A section deciding part 3 decides a section on which a same video content exists continuously as a video section based on the cluster classification result.
