PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus suppressing a noise influence from a switching element.SOLUTION: The electric apparatus includes a single or a plurality of switching elements, mounted on a conductive base 10 part, for performing at least one of DC/AC conversion, AC/DC conversion and DC/DC conversion by switching. An electrical substrate 70 mounting a control circuit of a digital signal etc. for switching the switching elements is provided upward of the base 10 part to cover the switching elements. Also, a planar conductive layer 70d having virtually the same potential as the base 10 part is laminated on the switching element side of the electrical substrate 70. |
