摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling transdifferentiation of a cell, wherein a remaining chemical element does not adversely affect a living body at a time of transplantation of the cell that is the object to be controlled to the living body in such a case that cell differentiation and the like are to be controlled using chemical elements in liquid.SOLUTION: A cell is differentiated or transformed into a desired cell by the steps of: preparing a substrate having a shape with recesses/protrusions that induces at least any one of stress fiber, lobopodium, and filopodium of an original cell on the basis of the combination of type of the original cell having any one of differentiation potency and transformation potency and type of the desired cell obtained by differentiating or transforming the original cell; and inducing at least any one of stress fiber, lobopodium, and filopodium of the original cell by means of the shape with recesses/protrusions by placing the original cell on the substrate.</p>
