<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination detector capable of detecting the inclination direction and the inclination angle of a tapered cylinder with a compact structure of the detector.SOLUTION: At two radially symmetric positions of a cylinder P, located along a circumferential direction, paired inclination sensor 11 and sensor 13 are provided. At other two radially symmetric positions of the cylinder P, located along the circumferential direction, paired inclination sensor 12 and inclination sensor 14 are provided. A computer in an inclination indicator calculates a difference between an inclination angle detected by the inclination sensor 11 and an inclination angle detected by the inclination sensor 13, and a difference between an inclination angle detected by the inclination sensor 12 and an inclination angle detected by the inclination sensor 14, and an inclination detector detects an inclination direction and an inclination angle of the cylinder P based on the difference between the inclination angles detected by the paired inclination sensors 11, 13, and the difference between the inclination angles detected by the paired inclination sensors 12, 14.</p> |
