<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matte surface treatment agent having excellent stability, workability and matting properties.SOLUTION: Provided is a matte surface treatment agent containing a vinyl chloride polymer latex composition and a matting agent, where, in the case the total of the solid content of the vinyl chloride polymer latex composition and the matting agent is to be 100 wt.%, the containing ratios of the solid content of the vinyl chloride polymer latex composition and the matting agent should be 10 to 80 wt.% and 20 to 90 wt.%, respectively. The vinyl chloride polymer latex composition contains: a polymer having a repeating unit represented by general formula (1) or a repeating unit represented by the general formula (1) and a specified repeating unit; 1.0 to 5.0 pts.wt. of an organic compound containing a sulfonate or a sulfate ester salt to 100 pts.wt. of the repeating unit represented by the general formula (1); and 0.05 to 2.5 pts.wt. of a higher fatty acid salt. In the vinyl chloride polymer latex composition, the average particle diameter of the vinyl chloride polymer is 0.10μm or shorter.</p> |
