摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescence printed matter having low difficulty of manufacture, permitting the stable continuous manufacture and hardly being restricted on the design in which an image observed under visible light, an image caused to appear by applying UV-ray long wave and an image caused to appear by applying UV-ray short wave are changed into different images having no correlation with one another.SOLUTION: A printed image is provided on a part on a substrate, the substrate has such a characteristic that a reflectance upon irradiation of UV-ray long wave is larger than a reflectance upon irradiation of UV-ray short wave, the printed image is made by overlapping a visible image on a latent image, the latent image is formed with a first ink which is transparent or is isochromatic with the substrate and has UV-ray long wave absorptivity, the visible image is formed with a second ink having UV-ray luminescent ability of a color different from the substrate and is divided into a latent image region and a peripheral region according to the size difference of a dot, and the latent image region and the peripheral region are formed to be isochromatic by equalizing dot area rates to each other and have a dot circumference length contained per unit area different from each other.</p>
