<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of salt using Rhus chinensis, comprising (I) a step of obtaining salt water by putting the fruit of Rhus chinensis into water. In manufacturing steps of salt using Rhus chinensis, roots, branches as well as fruits are used, and accordingly active ingredients from Rhus chinensis are included in the salt. Therefore, a functional salt for promoting health is obtained in the present invention.</p> |
