<p>Disclosed are a system and a method for displaying an operator′s behavior. The system for displaying the operator′s behavior according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: operator computers which are operated by operators; cameras to photograph the operators; an administrator computer to select a certain operator among the operators; a display panel to display information to the operators; and a server to transmit, to the display panel and the administrator computer, real-time image information of the camera which photographs the operator selected by the administrator computer.
