<p>A preparation method of honeycomb-shaped porous carbon is provided, wherein the prepared porous carbon has a high specific surface area by forming hollow spaces at inner sides of the valley portions of the porous carbon, thereby maintaining excellent adsorption capability through the entire structure of the porous carbon. A preparation method of honeycomb-shaped porous carbon comprises the steps of: laminating a thermoplastic resin plastic corrugated board, a thermosetting resin plastic corrugated board, or a combination thereof(10) to a plurality of layers and applying an adhesive between the respective layers to manufacture a honeycomb structure(100); impregnating the honeycomb structure with an impregnating solution comprising pitch, a thermosetting resin, or a mixture thereof; heat-treating the honeycomb structure at 600 to 1200 deg.C to carbonize the honeycomb structure; and heat-treating the honeycomb structure at a temperature of 600 to 1200 deg.C in an atmosphere of steam(H2O), air or carbon dioxide(CO2) to activate the honeycomb structure.</p> |
