PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit formation member for a straight tube type light-emitting lamp such as a straight tube type LED lamp that can be easily fitted without being erroneously mounted to a lighting apparatus for a fluorescent lamp.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a unit formation member 100 for a straight tube type light-emitting lamp characterized in that: the same comprises a pair of socket elements 10, a module unit element 20 and a pair of socket covers 30; the socket elements 10 each have a socket fitting part 11 and a module unit element fitting part 12; the module unit element 20 has substantially the same length as that of the light emitting tube of the straight tube type light emitting lamp, having, at its both ends, socket element fitting portions 21; the socket covers 30 each are a cylindrical member with a bottom part having an opening part into which one of the socket elements 10 can be inserted; the socket element fitting portions 21 at both ends of the module unit element 20 are attached to the module unit element fitting parts 12 of the pair of socket elements 10; and the pair of socket elements 10 are inserted into the pair of socket covers 30. |
