PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure in which a strain produced at the time of press formation process is reduced and of which quality is improved.SOLUTION: A panel structure 11 of this invention is formed by press-forming a sheet of an aluminum plate material having a flat plate shape, this is used as an oil guard panel for cooking, comprising a rectangular flat portion 21, an upright part raised from an entire circumference of outer edge of the flat portion 21 and an edge wound part 23 formed at an outer edge of the upright part. With such the construction as above, a flexural stiffness of the rectangular flat portion 21 of the panel structure 11 is improved more as compared with a structure having no upright part. Thus, a strain in the material upon pressing is reduced and its quality is improved. In addition, it becomes possible to suppress the strain even if a plate thickness of the plate material forming the panel structure 11 is low. That is, the panel structure 1 is made light in its weight and its handling becomes easy. In addition, the flat portion 21 is formed with concavoconvex patterns 26a to 26c. With such the construction as above, since the bending stiffness of the flat portion 21 is further improved and it becomes possible to apply a thinner sheet material. |
