PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable communication control independent of communication control between end devices in order to improve throughput between the end devices.SOLUTION: A relay device is disposed on a path of TCP packets transmitted and received between a transmitting side end device and a receiving side end device. The relay device includes a control device that performs, with another relay device, communication control independent of communication control performed between the transmitting side end device and the receiving side end device on the basis of information obtained by peering through a TCP packet received from the transmitting end device and destined to the receiving side end device and a TCP packet received from the other relay device disposed between the relay device and the receiving side end device on the path and destined to the transmitting side end device. |
