PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for enabling failure content to be promptly input on an inspection site.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 100 includes a display unit 101 for displaying a screen in which a display area is divided into a first display area and a second display area. A drawing is displayed on the first display area. By accepting touch operation on the drawing, an input of a failure position which is a position where a failure exists is accepted. On the second display area, an input of corresponding failure content is accepted for every failure position accepted by touch operation on the drawing.
