<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion-recognizing and processing device, a conference system, a motion-recognizing and processing method and a computer program, such that a recognition object of motion can be selected utilizing information associated with a subject.SOLUTION: A motion-recognizing and processing device 1 includes: a specification part which specifies two or more parts of a subject included in an image obtained through imaging, by using the image; a selection part which selects one of the two or more parts that the specification part specifies; a recognition part which recognizes an action of the one part that the selection part selects; and a processing part which performs processing corresponding to a predetermined motion when the motion that the recognition part recognizes is the predetermined motion. The motion-recognizing and processing device 1 includes an acquisition part which acquires information associated with the subject from the image or from the outside, and the selection part selects one of the two or more parts that the specification part specifies based upon the information that the acquisition part acquires.</p> |
